This site is open to Grok Bot

Connect Grok Bot to this site the same way you connect Gmail: generate a connection key once in Admin → Branding, save that key in the Grok Bot app, then later tasks can operate the live admin API without Take over. Public pages still need no password. If you have not connected a key, dashboard and admin still use a normal Vypio Telecom login in Take over — never paste the account password into chat.

Connect it like Gmail

  1. Sign in as admin and open Branding → Connect Grok Bot.
  2. Choose Connect Grok Bot and copy the key. It starts with vypio_gb_ and is shown only once. That is the admin key.
  3. Under Department Grok Bots on the same Branding page, generate Sales (vypio_sales_), Support (vypio_support_), and Accounts (vypio_accounts_) keys the same way. Each desk only opens what that department needs. The admin Grok Bot stays in control.
  4. In the Grok Bot app, save each key as its own connection (a private memory or secret). Do not paste keys into a public skill.
  5. Tell Grok Bot: you are connected to https://telecom.vypio.xyz. Use grok-bot-api.php with the saved Bearer key. The API returns only the tools that key is allowed to use.

After that, the admin Grok Bot is alerted immediately on new orders and new customers (webhook push, or pending_alerts on the API status call). Sales tickets and leads go to the Sales key, Support tickets to Support, and orders/payments to Accounts. The admin key can still edit homepage SEO and banner copy, refresh the sitemap, upload images, update contact details, add courier tracking, bill a customer’s next period, upload RICA, suspend overdue service after you confirm, move tickets, manage staff, delete unused packages/pages/coupons, pull visit and sales reports, leave notes for department bots or the sales assistant, and run the rest of day-to-day admin — without opening login.php each time.

Tell Grok Bot

In the Grok Bot app, give it this site and a job. Example:

Use grok-bot-api.php with the saved Vypio connection key.
Admin keys start with vypio_gb_. Sales, Support, and Accounts keys only open that desk.
Read grok-bot.php and llms.php for public catalog facts.
Do not invent prices or coverage. Do not print the connection key.
Do not open webhooks, config, or private_uploads.

What Grok Bot can open without signing in

What still needs Take over

  • Customer dashboard, hosted checkout, and a customer uploading their own RICA files
  • Staff portal for a department account
  • Branding secrets, account passwords, and viewing ID files

If Grok Bot is connected with a key, it does not need Take over for ordinary admin work. It uses grok-bot-api.php as the signed-in admin who generated the key. After a browser sign-in, that session can also be reused until it expires.

If the browser is cut off (no login page to Take over)

The Grok Bot text reader can fetch this page while its cloud Chrome browser is dropped. That browser comes from shared US datacenter IPs and sends a GrokAgent user-agent. Hosting “block bots”, Imunify360, ModSecurity, or Cloudflare Bot Fight often cut that connection before login.php loads.

  1. In the Grok Bot desktop app go to Settings → Computer → Network and turn on Route traffic through this computer. Keep the app open. Destinations then see your home/office IP, which already reaches this site.
  2. Ask Grok Bot to open https://telecom.vypio.xyz/agent-ping.php in the graphical browser. A plain ok line means the host is letting that browser through.
  3. Then ask it to open https://telecom.vypio.xyz/login.php and pause. You Take over and sign in. Do not paste the password into chat.
  4. On the host, allow User-Agent GrokAgent and do not IP-restrict the site to your own address. If you use Cloudflare, skip Bot Fight / bot challenges for this hostname.

Do not point Grok Bot at localhost or a computer that is not on the public internet. Use https://telecom.vypio.xyz.

What stays blocked

Source folders, Composer files, payment/fulfillment/WhatsApp webhooks, and uploaded ID or proof files are not for crawlers or agents. Grok Bot should not fetch those URLs.

  1. Open the Grok Bot app.
